2. Unix System Administrator

10+ years of experience in supporting/implementing UNIX based Servers and applications. Excellent understanding of UNIX operations and infrastructure, hardware, management and troubleshooting tools. Ability to successfully handle the completion of multiple concurrent assignments under pressure, interface with vendors or related support mechanisms for escalation/resolution purposes.

Primary Skills should include UNIX/Linux Servers, Hardware and Application Platforms including Red Hat, Solaris, AIX, Tru64, and SCO Linux. Skills should include handling application, Storage, Backup Software, and Clusters related to UNIX environments.

Skills Required:
1)Minimum of 8-10 years Unix Systems Administration/Engineering experience
2)Extensive capacity planning & performance analysis experience
3)Unix scripting - Shell &/or Perl
4)Implements and maintains UNIX (Solaris , Linux and AIX ) systems
5)Performs capacity planning and analysis
6)Uses various scripting languages to automate key tasks
7)Monitors all systems and provides emergency response to minimize risk, outages, and data loss

3. Java Developers

Requirement
Java with a solid understanding of threads, network communications, application server development
Spring Framework (implies XML) and IOC/DI
Web service framework (preferable CXF, but experience with Axis or similar framework fine).
Designing your own XML schema and WSDLs.
Hibernate (and familiarity with EJB3)
